We provide this service with Aloha and with a deep desire to have more people experience Maui's awe-inspiring beauty.
But, alas, we cannot (at this time) provide this service without one or two strings attached.
The consumers of our service are Maui residents or tourists who want to see a great sunrise and they are free to share our information with family and friends. However, we reserve the sole right to profit monitarily from these forecasts. Therefore, you may not use our forecasts for any commercial endeavors. For example, hotels and resorts cannot call on behalf of their guests. (Please refer them to us instead.)
If you are found to have violated these Terms of Use, you agree to pay all lost revenue reasonably attributable to your violations. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience!
